Delivery Information

 Your Order 

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation of which will displaying the item(s) you have bought, how much it cost and your chosen delivery options. In addition, you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. Please be aware that this email does not confirm that your order has been processed.


Delivery Information 

We send out our parcel using standard second class Royal Mail. Your order should be with you in three to four working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).

Please be aware that this is just an estimated delivery time, all parcel are individual and some may take longer than others to be shipped. 

In addition if you are looking to order from outside UK Mainland our customer service team will contact you before your order is updated to seek any delivery charges that may apply for the area you are looking to have your item(s) delivered to. 

For larger items such as Table tennis table, basketball units and many more, special delivery will be required as a two man delivery for shipment will be required. This process will require a booking system of a certain day and time that the item(s) can be delivered. If special delivery is required out Customers service team will contact you before your order is updated.


Returns 

Sports Innovation want you to feel confident and at ease when shopping online with them. Therefore you can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

If a consumer forfeits their right to return goods by virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations i.e. by damaging or using the product we may still accept the goods back and offer a partial refund. Although Alliance Sports reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale!

Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:

·       Undergarments: Baselayers, sports bras, jock strap etc

·       Garments with printing or embroidery

·       Products made specifically for the customer

 

Sports Innovation are happy to announce that this does not affect your statutory rights. 

Any manufacturers Warranty offered is in addition to the legal rights a consumer already has under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. 

Note – Unless you are returning faulty goods we are unable to reimburse any postage incurred.
